Tired of winters with no snow?
Is your snowmobile sitting idle? Are your cross country
skis and snowshoes collecting dust? Well, dust them
off and start them up and head north to Loon Lodge in
the Allagash Lake region. Here our average snow cover
on the ground is 3-4 FEET! Our cabins sit warm and cozy
in a winter wonderland. |

 |
| Ice fishermen who know this region
know the names Allagash, Chamberlain, Caucomgomoc, and
Eagle Lakes. They are all famous for their winter fishing.
We have sled trails to all of these lakes. Our ice fishing
is second to none. |
| Snowmobilers, we have miles and miles of unplowed
roads for you sledders tired of groomed trails and looking
for adventure. We also have some short loop trails and
trails to nearby lakes. If powder and remote trail running
is what you're looking for, but you're worried about
getting lost, we have guide services available. We also
have gas available at the lodge. |
